Find Your Way to Math Success with "Geometry of Maps" Lessons

Written by Claire Podulka | April 11, 2016

Our new set of math literacy lessons helps students practice their geometry skills with real-world problems involving creating and using maps.

Maps: Why is geometry important in creating maps? These lessons provide an opportunity for students to practice both their geometry content knowledge and their mathematical reasoning skills. View lessons >>

To accompany this differentiated geometry set, we also have a new Minilesson to introduce or provide a refresher on math reasoning for your students.

Math Reasoning (CCSS.MP2): In this lesson, students learn to think abstractly and contextualize and decontextualize math problems. Choose the level that's right for your students: Grade 3-5 or Grade 6-12.
